I own a small chocolate shop that only works with single origin small chocolate makers from the Netherlands and abroad. All brands guarantee to be slave-free, many hand made, home made, vegan and even sugar free. I am a local shop owner who is involved in cultural and social projects in the neighborhood. When you book my tasting, you book more than a chocolate tasting only. I tell all about the history of the neighborhood, the connection between Amsterdam and cacao, and the stories of the people behind the chocolates.
