Our walking tour in Ghent is unique because we offer a combination of traditional sightseeing of the old historic centre as well as some off the beaten track places. These vary and depend on the interest of the group. Examples are street art, beguinages, funky design and so on. If you are curious and wanna know more about the "real" Ghent, you have come to the right place. Our groups are small to keep it safe and to give you the best possible experience. IMPORTANT Bring comfy walking shoes and dress for the weather. Also bring a face mask (and hand gel if possible). You need to be able to walk at least 5 km.

• We follow the rules that are put in place by the government as well as the city council. Everyone shall wear a face mask during the tour, except when the area is quiet. Your guide will let you know. Social distancing shall be in place at all times.

Logistics Instructions

Start location : We meet all travellers at the Jacob Van Artevelde statue, which is situated in the middle of the square. It is walking distance (10 mins) from Korenmarkt. You can reach Korenmarkt with tram 1 direction Wondelgem or Evergem and you can take it straight at the Sint Pieters Station.

End location : The tour might end on a different side of the city. Either you can walk back or take a bus or tram.
