Although this no-frills tourist hotel does not feature a swimming pool, gym or restaurant on its grounds; there are a number of dining venues and cafés just steps from the hotel. The air-conditioned lobby features a 24-hour reception and lift access, and fax and laundry services are available for an additional fee. There is a 24-hour security surveillance system in place for all public areas and free parking is provided for guests wishing to bring their vehicles. The lobby is small and has a fully manned front desk around the clock. There are a row of clock featuring different countries time on the wall. It has limited seating.

This hotel is located on Lorong 10, in the heart of the Geylang area, a colourful entertainment district. Guests will find a number of restaurants and buzzing nightlife venues within 10 minute's walk of the accommodation. The hotel is situated between 2 MRT stations, the Kallang Station & the Aljunied Station (both about a 10-minute walk away). Buses to the City, Orchard Road and Serangoon area are plentiful, with the bus stop a 2-minute walk away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away.

Although there is no restaurant on the premises, the hotel is surrounded by local restaurants and street food stalls.
