The air-conditioned hotel offers 130 rooms and was built in 2009. TV studio hall is a major venue for theatre and the arts. The height of the building is 12.2 m and the construction area is 1,332.84 m². There are three small studios of 300-700 m² in size, three post-production rooms and four conference rooms that can accommodate 40-150 people.

The hotel is located inside the Beijing Broadcasting Tower, with Chang'an Avenue to the north, Dongsan Huan to the east and Jianguomen to the west. It is situated between Wangfujing business area and the CBD business area, near the Jianguomen business area which connects Donger Huan and Dongsan Huan.

The restaurant accommodates 230 people and is situated at the top of the building. It also offers 5 VIP rooms and 8 business boxes. A continental breakfast buffet is served each morning.
