The 2-floor property is fringed with coconut trees and surrounded by water, with rice-field irrigation channels across the north and west sides, and a spring-fed stream on the southern side. The bottom of the property adjoins the Petanu River on the east. The resort was designed by Balinese architects and constructed by a team of Balinese and Javanese craft specialists. The hotel has 16 guest rooms as well as air conditioning, a lobby, 24-hour reception and check-out service and a hotel safe. Guests can enjoy the hotel's restaurant, bar or room service. Laundry service and bicycle hire are available for a fee and there is a car park for guests with vehicles. Small in size, open air with ceiling fan and cozy.

Located in the Sukawati area, the resort is just a 10 minute drive (approximately 4 km away) from Ubud village, the 'cultural capital of Bali'. The centre of Sukawati is around 5 km away and the Goa Gajah Elephant Cave is about 3 km away. Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport is a 45 minute drive (around 50 km) from the hotel.

A daily continental breakfast is served in the morning. For all-day dining, a buffet, à la carte or set menu choice of lunch and dinner are available in the hotel's restaurant.
