The main building of the hotel has 120 bed rooms with full facilities, an American bar, restaurant and conference room. The hotel also provides excellent child care facilities, tennis court, swimming pool, bazaar, bar/tobacco and even a hairdresser. There is also a free private parking for residents.

It is situated in the centre of the Gulf of Lacona, in the centre of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, the biggest marine Park of Italy. This area is characterized by the finest sand of the island, green hills, and a crystal-clear sea.
