Cape Coral is a very prety and quiet location for a relaxing location. There is an intimate local beach with a cusual cafe overlooking the water. Fort Myers with its Gulf Beaches is a lively place with plenty of bars and restaurants and only a 10 to 15 min drive from Cape Coral. The homes are within easy reach of the Gulf Coast beaches and the restaurants and shops of Ft Myers and Ft Myers Beach.
