The restaurant is situated in the old granary, in rooms with stone walls, vaults and arches which create a warm and suggestive atmosphere offering the ideal setting in which to discover the flavours and aromas of quality cuisine based on a careful choice of high quality products, some of which are biologically cultivated on our own farm. Traditional recipes are adapted by the chef following modern, refined tendencies and these elegant dishes can be accompanied by a selection of the numerous, precious wines available in our wine cellar, especially rich in Sicilian labels
