Welcome to the Hunter Valley Resort, Hunter Farm & Adventure Centre. We are not a large international chain. We are an independent family business of +30 years with two generations still working the business every day. Getting to the Wine Country is easy: Take the Wine Train from Sydney; or by car - 2 hours drive north of Sydney; or 1 hour from Newcastle Airport (NTL - direct services to Gold Coast, Brisbane and Melbourne). The resort has its own taproom, restaurant, winetasting, wine & cooking schools, candymaking classes, Hunter Wine Theatre, plus a range of excellent four-star rooms and cottages. Families and couples welcome. Surrounded by 55-year-old shiraz vineyards, it was completely refurbished in 2020/21. The Hunter Farm & Adventure Centre activities include childrens activities like farm animals; horse-riding adventures; Carriage rides; Segway back country tour & electric bikes

El complejo turístico está en el corazón de la región vinícola del valle de Hunter, a dos horas en coche, al norte de Sydney. Hay unas 70 bodegas para visitar, y actividades como vuelo en globo, recorridos a caballo y en carruajes, Tandem Sky Diving, cafés, tienda de antigüedades, librerías y tiendas de ropa, y mucho más. El complejo turístico está situado entre sus propios viñedos e incluye una bodega de cata de vinos y la amplia instalación vinícola de Hunter.

El café San Martino (en honor del santo patrono de los vinateros) sirve desayunos, brunch, almuerzos o té de la tarde. Está en un luminoso patio, con un menú ligero mediterráneo, y cenas al aire libre.
