It is located close to the shopping center Nice Etoile and the main street called Avenue Jean Medecin. It is 10 min walk away from the old town and 15 min only from the seafront and its famous Promenade des Anglais. It is located at mid-distance between the train station of Nice Ville and the bus station. It is in a pretty street with small houses, very quiet since the main street became pedestrian because of the tramway. There is many restaurants around and there prices are reasonable.
