Nueva apertura de la propiedad frente al mar en el 11 de febrero 2011. Esta nueva propiedad es un hotel estilo apartamento de tres estrellas justo en la playa. Está situado en uno de los mejores lugares de Noumea, en la bahía de Anse Vata, al lado de Le Meridien. Antes era el Club Med e incluye tres hectáreas de jardines tropicales.

Hay dos restaurantes que ofrecen comida occidental o la opción de comida coreana. También hay un bar y un bar de piscina.
