The hotel was opened in 2003; for meetings and social events it offers 956 m2 of space including a 480 m2 grand ballroom that can be divisible into two sections; a 70 m2 board room; a 190 m2 meeting room that is divisible into two sections, and three meeting rooms, each offering 72m2 of space.

The hotel is conveniently located on the south-eastern fringe of the Lujiazui Finance and Trade Zone, only a few minutes away from Shanghai Science and Technology Museum and Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
