Visit the Great Royal Palace and wander through the imposing buildings of the whole area. It is located only 27 km from Athens center, on the slopes of Parnitha mountain, surrounded by lashed vegetation. It was built on 19th century as a residence of the Royal family. Nowadays it is abandoned, suitable for an easy walking tour to admire the complex. During your tour you will admire the main building of the Palace, the gardens, the old hotel, the stables, the winery, the graveyard and many other auxiliary houses. The trekking tour in the forest will complete your excursion. After that you will visit the lake Beletsi , a green paradise where you can take a breath and relax before return to city center!
