• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• You will need sun protection (hat, sun cream), a bottle of water, a small backpack (30 liters is a good size) and a picnic lunch. There are no restaurants/shops along the walking paths, so you will need to prepare a picnic beforehand.
• The walk is 7km in length on rocky tracks through the vines. You can wear proper walking shoes with high ankle support but running shoes are sufficient if you're used to walking with them on uneven surfaces.
