Ivanovo hill is one of seven hills of Moscow. Small lanes and by-lanes keep an original Moscow streets pattern here, the thing which totally disappeared after brutal Soviet renovations. This is the true architectural hermitage, the place to enjoy ancient temples and old buildings. It is a true hidden gem, a piece of old Moscow, almost totally untouched with all those huge renovations of Soviet and modern times. Almost all monasteries and temples survived from the Czar times and surely we will explore them.
