Through a journey of learning from the Masters of Photography and their unique approach, I will lead you to understand not only the visual technique of photography, mainly composition and light, but also the deep meaning that true photography can express. As Henry Cartier-Bresson said "To photograph is to recognize in the same instant and in a fraction of a second a fact and the rigorous organization of the visually perceived forms that express and signify that fact. It is putting the head, the eye, and the heart on the same line of sight. It's a way of life.” Combining this famous phrase with the concept and practice of Mindfulness will contribute not only to become better photographers but also more aware of human beings, through the ability to be confidently aware and present, seeing and feeling ourselves and the world.
