Borsch – Борщ - is one of the most famous Russian soups. It’s made out of beetroot, onion, carrots, potatoes, sometimes meat or fish and cabbage as well.The taste of Russian red borsch you will remember for a long time.
Pelmeni-Пельмени(Russian dumplings) are one of the most popular and frequently eaten by Russians. Meat dumplings or “pelmeni” is a traditional Russian cuisine dish. These are little boiled pieces of unleavened dough filled with minced meat. Meat dumplings are especially tasty with sour cream or mayonnaise, and also with ground black pepper and grated cheese, parsley and butter.
The chef will show you step by step how to cook these two very simple and delicious dishes.
