During this activity, we will visit some of the most relaxing spots in Zagreb, perfect for those who seek silence and a time for reflection. We will visit Rokov perivoj, a haven of tranquility in the city center that is not very well known. Later on we will go to Bundek park and finally to our main destination - the Maksimir park, the largest and the oldest park in Zagreb, with several lakes and a nice forest area. We will have the opportunity to immerse ourselves in nature by trying (if you wish) techniques for connecting more profoundly with nature and the self, techniques such as mindfulness walking and light breathing exercises to bring about relaxation of the body, mind and soul.
