45min HIIT Class is instructed by our in house personal trainer, Brigitte Shaw. Mat, Fresh Towel & Bottle of water are provided for your workout. DJ Candice will keep you moving and give you the energy you need to get through that High-intensity training. The views are also a plus at Ideas Cartel.

Logistics Instructions

Start location : Classes are held on the rooftop. Please meet your instructor on the 10th floor before going up to the rooftop. If the weather doesn't allow the class to be on the rooftop, the class will be hosted in the studio on 4th floor. In this case, the meeting point would be on the 3rd floor.
