The winner of the Taste of Dubai cooking challenge, he was also the culinary partner for the ‘Taste of Moscow’ events. Evgeny is passionate about sharing his knowledge about cooking traditional Russian dishes in a modern way. Evgeny introduces you to Russian culture over fresh strawberries (or seasonal fruit) and toasted rye bread spread with ricotta cheese, topped with grilled tomatoes or smoked caviar. Over tea, kvas, and appetizers learn how to cook a 3-course Russian meal. You will help prepare dishes such as okroshka or borscht soup, fried potatoes with pork, fresh dill and basil for a main and a dessert like syrniki, caramelized pancakes.
