The rooms are quiet and feature traditional Khmer art. Some of them also offer a door leading to the terrace and pool and they enjoy city and garden views. They come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer, as well as a direct dial telephone with international calling, cable TV and a minibar/fridge (charges apply). They are also equipped with tea and coffee making facilities (mini suite only), a double bed, individually adjustable air conditioning and a safe. The hotel offers guests free use of the outside pool and gym for children and adults and there is a poolside snack bar with sun loungers. They can also relax with an aroma oils massage of the whole body, down to the feet, and a 4-hand massage is also available (additional charge per hour for treatment in guests' room) as well as spa treatments. It is possible to join an aerobics class or try horse riding. The hotel organises themed events including a poolside dinner, classical Apsara/Khmer Folk dancing or a live band for 30 persons or more.
