The hostel has a privileged location in the centre of Cancún with connections to all the main avenues. Built in 2010, the air-conditioned establishment features 4 guest rooms, a lobby with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, cloakroom, TV lounge and security. The hostel was designed for independent travellers. Guests may dine in the café or restaurant and sip their favourite drink in the bar. Wireless Internet access is available and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the car park.

The youth hostel is located in the most important tourism centre of Mexico and the Caribbean, Cancún. It is in the centre, close to all the services that visitors may need such as restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Also places like Playa del Carmen, Valladolid and Mérida can be easily reached from Cancún. The bus station is within a short stroll and the beach is some 8 km away.
