Enjoy a nice walk to a viewpoint in the vineyards where your guide will point out the particularities of the region: Why are our vines planted on steep slopes? Why are the features of our soil ? Go back to the production center and tour the still used today traditional press and vat room as your guide will detail the traditional Champagne method with a concrete and visual approach.
