Get some fresh air at Tateshina Waterfall, located in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture. This waterfall is surrounded by mysterious captivating fresh moss and vibrant forestry. On this tour, a local guide will introduce various parts of the forest, including the moss.
Also, during the tour, you will be helping preserve this waterfall, and the environment by picking up trash along the way. Help the beautiful nature of Tateshina be passed down to future generations.
At the end of the tour, you will also stop by the movie director Yasujiro Ozu Memorial Hall, “Mugeiso".

Our meeting place is a coffee shop that was renovated from an old Tateshina Post Office building. After your experience, we recommend that you have coffee here. There is a communal bath nearby as well, so give it a try after your tour!
