In a context where sports halls are struggling to reopen, our mental health is not at its strongest. As a structure exercising outdoors, we have the legitimacy to offer physical activity sessions. This is why our activity differs from our current daily life. Our goal is to promote social ties between participants while respecting the measures in force. We offer sessions without direct contact between participants as well as several other measures taken into consideration. Our particularity lies in the fact that we have been able to link physical security and mental well-being thanks to a forgotten activity: outdoor sport.
