Your host Elena, also known as Lili, is a Romanian ex-scientist turned interior designer with a deep love for food and travel! Elena has visited over 40 countries and has fascinating stories to share. Learn to cook a healthy, gourmet meal that combines Romanian and local Irish cuisine. Your menu includes dishes such as traditional Irish beef stew cooked in Guinness with brown bread, Romanian beetroot soup with lovage and creme fraiche, and grilled sea bass on a bed of creamy mash and garlic spinach served with beer or wine. You will end your meal with a dessert like upside-down mixed berry cake and fresh cream. On days they are available, Elena's partner Patrick and their eight-year-old daughter, Nadia will join you at the dining table for an immersive cultural dining experience!
